Size recommendations can always only be understood as guidelines. Elastic material adapts individually by stretching in the relation of length and width.

Find glove size:
Measure the circumference of the hand at the widest point (the circumference of the hand above the root of the thumb).

Select the size of the masks analogous to the hat size (head circumference), a looser fit is desired, if in doubt select the larger size.

Measure the biceps circumference at the strongest point.
