Shipping Conditions

These shipping costs are not for dealers!

Delivery within Germany, to Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Denmark, Lichtenstein and Switzerland is by DHL or by Deutsche Post.

As a rule, the delivery takes place within Germany 3 to 5 days after receipt of your order, as long as all items are available.

We also try to speed delivery if you're in a hurry. Just give us a call.

If we have to deliver replacements, that shipment is of course free of charge.

For shipping within Germany, we charge 5.90 Euros.

The consignor for foreign shipments is selected individually by us.

Additional charges for customs clearance in EFTA states and third countries shall be borne by the customer.

We will gladly inform you about freight costs in countries not listed on request.

Shipping costs for foreign countries are displayed after registration.

In case of exchange or return you bear the direct costs of the return.

Our service for you: When paying by cash in advance or by credit card, we accept the return costs within Germany. We therefore recommend these payment methods, especially when ordering.

Terms of payment

By invoice:
Payment is due directly within 14 days of receipt of the goods. The delivery remains our property until full payment. On account we deliver within Germany, Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Liechtenstein and Switzerland. Please understand that we can not offer purchase on account at your initial order.

By cash in advance:
You pay the invoice amount after receiving the goods and the invoice by bank transfer to our bank account. We reserve the right to offer the purchase on account only after a successful credit check.

Via credit card:
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Your data will not be stored in our system. For this reason, you must have your credit card number. specify each order. hyphen GmbH reserves the right to check the validity of the credit card, the creditworthiness with regard to the order value and the correctness of the address data of the buyer and to refuse orders depending on the result of the check in case of credit card payment. If you redeem items that have been paid by credit card, you will be automatically credited to your credit card account.

If you do not settle the bill within the specified time limit, we will send you a reminder, then remind you in writing by a second reminder (reminder fee 2.50 EUR) and a third reminder (reminder fee 5.00 EUR). 2 weeks later (if no payment has been received) we will hand over the bill to a collection agency.
