How to measure:
Place a tape measure approximately 1 cm above your eyebrows and ears, wrapping it horizontally around your head. Do not pull it too tight – the measurement in centimetres is your size.
If you don’t have a tape measure to hand: use a piece of string and then measure it with a ruler or tape measure.
